Aachari Mushroom by Meena mavshi


Ingredients:

1 pack Mushrooms [chopped]
1 onion chopped
1 Tomato Sauce can
1 tablespoon Garlic Ginger paste or crushed
1 tablespoon Aachari masala [lonacha masala]
1/2 teaspoon chilli powder [add as per your spice level]
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
Salt

In a saucepan, add oil, add chopped onions and saute. Add Aachari masala, saute. Then add ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, turmeric powder, add chopped mushrooms and saute for a minute. Then add tomato puree and let it boil for a minute. Add salt. Its ready to eat with Chappati or Tortilla.
